How to use: (Idli batter) -  i) Soak rice and black gram separately, ii) Grind rice and black gram  separately with occasional addition of water iii) Mix the rice and black gram batters with a little salt, iv) Let mixture ferment at room temperature. v) Ladle the batter in the idli pan and steam it.

Storage: Store in cool dry place in glass or steel jar preferably
