Recipe: Cornflakes chaat
Steps – In a mixing bowl take 1 chopped onion,1 tomato, 1 diced boiled potato, 1 grated carrot and chopped cucumber. Add ½ tsp green chutney, ½ tsp sweet chutney, ½ tsp jeera masala, ¼ tsp chaat masala, red chilli powder & salt to taste. Add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix everything well. Add a handful of TARU cornflakes and 1 tbs roasted peanuts. Mix well. Enjoy cornflakes chaat/bhel.
Storage: Store in cool dry place in glass or steel jar preferably
