Recipe
Pearl millets pesarattu
Ingredients- Pearl millets grits (100g), whole green gram (100g), red chillies (4), green chillies (2),
chopped onions (2-3), ginger grated (1/2 tbsp), coriander leaves & salt.
Directions
- Soak pearl millet grits & whole green gram together for 5-6 hours & grind them together to batter consistency & ferment for 3-4 hours.
- Grind red chillies, green chillies, ginger, salt & add to batter along with finely chopped
- coriander leaves.
- Heat tawa on medium flame & put the pesarattu.
- Cook on both sides and serve.
