How to Use: Superfood. Added to salads, beverages, cereal based food, eaten raw or roasted, ground as powder can be consumed with water/yogurt.
Recipe: Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients - Chia seeds, Jaggery/ Honey/Khandsari. Milk/Vegan Milk, Fresh fruit, dried fruit or choco nibs. (optional)
Steps – Add chia seeds in a jar. Pour milk and natural sweetener to taste. Mix well. Let settle for 2 hours or upto 2 days. Garnish with fruits or choco nibs. Your Chia pudding is ready to have! This pudding keeps upto 7 days.
Storage: Store in cool dry place in glass or steel jar preferably
