How to Use: Add to smoothies, granola bars, bread stuffings, spreads and soups. Roasted and ground powder. Healthy sprinkler and addition to baked cereal products, ready to eat cereals, fibre bars, salad toppings, bread, muffins and spaghetti.
Recipe: Roast a cup full of flax seeds in an iron pan/tawa. Grind and store in a glass bottle. For daily health, mix 1 tsp in a cup of hot/normal water. Add any natural sweetener/salt for taste and drink.
