Recipe: Black Pepper Sauce
Ingredients – 5 tbsp tomato sauce, 200 ml black vinegar, 10 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 5 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce, 5 tbsp oil, 200 grams black pepper
Steps – Grind black pepper corns coarsely till medium fine. Then in pan slow toast black pepper till fragrant. Heat up oil in pan & add all ingredients. Stir in low heat for 3 minute. Once sauce is cool can keep in refrigerator up to a month.
Storage: Store in cool dry place in glass or steel jar preferably
