How to Use:

For Idli: Add water to the idli premix and let it sit for an hour! Your idli batter is ready to use. Enjoy your soft, spongy and nutritious idlis. Grease the idli moulds with ghee before you pour the batter and steam the idlis in a cooker on a medium flame without the 'weight'. Serve with chutney and sambhar.

For Dosa: Add water to the black rice dosa premix and let it sit for an hour! Your black rice Dosa batter is ready to use. You can have your dosas soft and fluffy or thin and crisp!

Recipe: BLACK  RICE UTTAPPAM

Ingredients – Black Rice dosa batter – 3 cups, Mixed Vegetables - 1 cup, Coriander leaves - 3 tablespoon (finely chopped), Onion - 1 (finely chopped)

Method- Clean and chop Vegetables. Cook it with required salt. Add it to the batter. Add a teaspoon of oil add chopped onion and fry till brown in color. Mix fried onion with Fermented batter. Mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Heat a flat pan and Pour ladle full of batter spread it. Sprinkle oil around it. Let it cook. Turn it over and cook. Once done take it out. Serve with chutney and sambhar.

Storage: Store in cool dry place in glass or steel jar preferably.
