Recipe – Black rice dosa
Ingredients
- Black rice flour – 2 cup
- Urad Dal – half cup
- Cashew nuts – 5-10 (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Fenugreek Seeds – 1/4 teaspoon and or flax seeds ¼ tsp
- Oil for cooking Dosa – 1 teaspoon
How to Prepare Batter
Make batter with 2 cups of black rice flour, salt, 1 tbsp of chopped vegetables & herbs, 1 tsp of spices, 1 cup of water. Stir with spoon. Heat pan, grease with little oil. Spread evenly half cup of batter on pan. Cover pan till it firms & flip dosa. Serve.
